It is medically necessary care and treatment of specific physical, mental or behavioral health conditions or those health conditions which may manifest in particular ages or subpopulations.

Medi-Cal patients, in particular, face challenges accessing specialty care, navigating health systems, receiving support, and dealing with excessive utilization reviews.

WellSpace Health aims to address these inequities by providing specialty care services through referrals from authorized primary care providers.
