Experience the convenience and security of managing your healthcare anytime, anywhere through the online WellSpace Health patient portal. With the Patient Portal, you can request and view appointments, message your Care Team, view labs, and request medication refills.
Patient Service Guide
To ensure you receive the highest quality care, your WellSpace Health Care Team you to arrange for any prior medical records to be faxed to (916) 313-8452, or alternatively, bring a physical copy with you to your appointment. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete your patient registration.
Billing & Insurance
WellSpace Health accepts a broad range of payment and insurance plans, including Medi-Cal and Medicare to cover the cost of health care services.
Health Records Requests
WellSpace Health maintains health records for patients and clients served. All records are confidential and patient privacy is protected as required by law.
Your Privacy Matters
The confidential nature of your health information is taken seriously by WellSpace Health. You will receive our Notice of Privacy Practices describing how we use your health information and outlining your privacy rights under HIPAA, the federal regulation governing patient privacy.
We will request that you sign an acknowledgment that you have received the Notice of Privacy Practices. Only the individuals listed on the form will be allowed to access your health information, such as test results or copies of health records.
